With a small horde of new music, I managed to scrap this little piece together. ( BSG OST )
It's not much, but that's probably why I finished it. It didn't overwhelm my very overwhelmed mind. It's Shavera. Once again, I've seemed to change her hair color a bit. Trying to naturalize it while still keeping it quite exotic. Anatomy is not perfect, I very much realize that. The original sketch for the idea is quite old. ( three years ) I did my best to fix things with it, yet not rip it completely apart to the point that it drove me nuts and I scrapped it.
I realize, that I only really use two tools in Corel Painter; Fine air brush and blender - just water. I used a smidge of dodge here and there, but it amuses me that I really *don't* have any fancy tricks.
The skin is amazing, it looks so..authentic, with all the little details. And of course, the hair is gorgious as always. (Total super envy over here! How do you make it so REAL looking?)
I like the colours used, the kinda greenish turquoise, and I really like the hint of sky shown up at the top. So detailed!
It's good that you see that your anatomy isn't perfect, but you seem to have a good grasp of it so far. I like the sky, it'd make a good fabric pattern for a fancy dress.
